Your order is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from Fleur De Lis House. A reservation request or incomplete checkout does not constitute a confirmed order.

Your confirmation will include your selected services, payment details, and instructions for delivering your flowers, as applicable.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact Fleur De Lis House promptly.

Your flowers tell a unique story, and your finished artwork should reflect it.

Fresh flowers are natural, delicate materials. Their color, shape, texture, and condition can change during preservation, and individual varieties may respond differently to the preservation process.

Each composition is handcrafted, making every finished piece one of a kind. Your artwork will be an artistic interpretation of your original bouquet rather than an exact replica. While every effort is made to preserve the character, beauty, and sentimental value of your flowers, exact color matching, flower placement, and appearance cannot be guaranteed.

The final composition may require artistic adjustments based on the condition of the flowers and the best way to create a beautiful, lasting piece.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the natural variations associated with floral preservation and handcrafted artwork.

Your reservation summary will confirm whether you selected Local Drop-Off at our Cleveland studio or our Bouquet Shipping Kit.

If you select Local Drop-Off, we will provide instructions for delivering your bouquet to the studio. Local Drop-Off is complimentary.

If you select the Bouquet Shipping Kit, the $125 kit charge will be included in your checkout total. We will provide instructions for preparing, packing, and shipping your flowers. The Shipping Kit is unavailable for reservations made less than 14 days before the wedding.

Please follow the applicable instructions carefully to give your bouquet the best opportunity for successful preservation.

Customer responsibilities include:

• Following the provided packing and handling instructions.
• Using the designated shipping or delivery method.
• Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Sending or delivering flowers within the recommended timeframe.

Because flowers are perishable, their condition upon arrival can affect the quality and appearance of the finished artwork.

If your flowers arrive significantly wilted, damaged, moldy, or otherwise unsuitable for preservation, Fleur De Lis House will assess their condition and contact you if the issue may materially affect the finished piece.

If the original bouquet cannot be preserved as expected, available options will be discussed before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. Any additional costs or material changes will be communicated for your approval before proceeding.

Fleur De Lis House cannot guarantee a particular result when the condition of the flowers limits the preservation process.

Your selected collection, frame, inscription, ribbon, wax seal, and any companion keepsake, where applicable, will be listed in your reservation summary.

Fleur De Lis House will create your artwork in accordance with the selected collection and agreed-upon personal details.

Because each piece is handcrafted using natural materials, some artistic discretion is necessary to achieve the best possible composition. Minor adjustments to flower placement, arrangement, and design may be required to create a cohesive finished piece.

Changes after an order is confirmed

Requests to change the collection, frame, inscription, or other design details must be submitted to Fleur De Lis House for review.

Fleur De Lis House will communicate whether a requested change is feasible and whether it affects the price or estimated completion date. Additional charges will be disclosed and approved before the change is implemented.

If a selected material becomes unavailable, Fleur De Lis House will explain the situation and propose a suitable alternative for your approval before making a material substitution.

No additional charge will be applied for a change without your prior agreement.

The full purchase price is due at checkout. Your total, including any selected additions and applicable charges, will be displayed before you submit payment.

Your order is confirmed after successful payment processing and issuance of your order confirmation.

48-hour cancellation policy

The 48-hour cancellation period begins when payment is successfully completed.

You may cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, provided preservation or other custom production has not begun.

If preservation or other custom production begins during the first 48 hours, the order is not eligible for the voluntary full refund described above. Beginning work does not waive or limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

After 48 hours, orders are nonrefundable because Fleur De Lis House reserves production capacity and provides customized services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and postponements

If you need to change your order or postpone your wedding date, please contact Fleur De Lis House as soon as possible.

We will review the request individually and explain whether the change can be accommodated, including any effect on pricing or production timing, before proceeding. Any additional charges require your approval.

Because floral preservation involves perishable materials and individually commissioned artwork, changes may become more limited once flowers have been received or preservation work has begun.

If Fleur De Lis House cannot fulfill a confirmed order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund for services not fulfilled.

Damage, defects, and failure to deliver remain subject to applicable consumer rights and appropriate remedies. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fleur De Lis House understands that your flowers may have significant sentimental value. Careful handling and clear shipping procedures are important parts of the preservation process.

Sending flowers to Fleur De Lis House

Customers must follow the applicable packing and delivery instructions for their selected bouquet handoff method.

For customers using the Bouquet Shipping Kit, the $125 kit charge is displayed during reservation and included in the checkout total.

Customers should retain any available shipping receipts and tracking information until their flowers have been received.

If flowers are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please notify Fleur De Lis House promptly and provide available tracking information and photographs of the damage, where applicable.

Responsibility for transit loss or damage will be determined by the applicable shipping arrangements and law. We will assist in reviewing any reported shipping issue.

Completed artwork and delivery

Standard shipping of your completed artwork to the delivery address provided at checkout is included in your purchase price.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and promptly notifying Fleur De Lis House of any changes before the artwork is shipped.

Fleur De Lis House will package completed artwork with reasonable care for shipment.

If your finished artwork arrives damaged, please contact Fleur De Lis House promptly and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assess the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Timing

Estimated completion and delivery times will be communicated when available.

Actual timing may vary depending on the flower varieties, their condition, preservation requirements, selected artwork, and production workload.

Unless a specific completion date is expressly confirmed in writing, stated timelines are estimates rather than guarantees.

If a significant delay arises, Fleur De Lis House will communicate the revised estimate and any relevant options.

Communication

Please provide accurate contact information and delivery details so Fleur De Lis House can contact you about your order.

Customers should promptly respond to requests for information or approval necessary to complete their artwork. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect completion and delivery dates.

Photography and marketing

Fleur De Lis House may photograph artwork for production records and quality control.

Photographs will not be used in public marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional materials without the customer's permission.

Permission to use photographs for marketing is separate from the purchase of preservation services.

Privacy

We use the personal information you provide to process your order, communicate with you, coordinate bouquet delivery and artwork shipping, and provide customer support. Payment information is processed securely through our checkout provider. We also use website analytics to understand and improve our services. We do not use customer artwork photographs for public marketing without permission.
